Terms & Conditions

  1. Momama Warranty covers your Momama intelligent milk Warmer against manufacture defects for one year from the date of purchase.
  2. The warranty is only applicable for units purchased directly from Astrafamily.co and authorized resellers.
  3. The warranty is not applicable for units purchased from overseas or unauthorized resellers.
  4. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
    -Failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions.
    -An unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modifications
    -Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident howsoever caused
    -Rough handling
  5. Any warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence, such as proof of purchase date. If Momama decides to replace the item, any replacement will not extend the warranty period.
