Terms & Conditions
Momama offers a 1-year limited warranty on all electrical products, covering manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is only valid for purchases made through authorized resellers. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty claims.Product-Specific Coverage

• Warranty applies to motor defects only
• Does not cover accessories, blades, or other non-motor components
✅ Momama Purecare Sterilizer
• Warranty applies to motor defects only
• Does not cover trays, lids, buttons, or other external parts
✅ Momama Intelligent Milk Warmer Plus+
• Eligible for 1-to-1 exchange in the case of manufacturing defects
✅ Momama Layease Breastpump
• Eligible for 1-to-1 exchange in the case of manufacturing defects
• Warranty does not cover accessories such as bottles, hygiene caps, or other detachable items
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to the following:
🔹 Incorrect Use or Failure to Follow Instructions
Damage resulting from misuse or not following the product manual.
🔹 Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Repairs, alterations, or opening of the product by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
🔹 Accidental Damage or Rough Handling
Damage caused by drops, forceful use, or improper handling.
🔹 Wear and Tear from Regular Use
Items like blades, filters, batteries, and other consumables are not covered under warranty.
🔹 Environmental or External Damage
Damage caused by pets, water exposure, fire, lightning, power surges, or natural disasters.
🔹 Use of Unapproved Accessories
Damage caused by third-party accessories not approved by Momama.
🔹 Invalid or Altered Proof of Purchase
A valid, original purchase receipt or invoice is required. Claims with missing or altered documents will not be accepted.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:

• If your claim is approved, any replacement or exchange provided will not extend the original warranty period
